Journeyman League - First Live Action, 4 player Event

Last night we had 4 players rockin'!  Nathan and his Trollbloods faced off against Adrian's Legion force while Jeremy's Mercenaries took on Mark's Cygnar list.

Nathan was running Gunbjorn with an Impaler, Bouncer and Slag Troll.  Adrian ran Lylyth, 4 Shredders and a Carnivean.  Nathan learned the hard way not to open up charge lanes for the Carnivean and Adrian took advantage of the opening and took out Gunbjorn with a lethal charge.

Jeremy was running Durgen Madhammer with 2 bashers and a Blaster.  Mark ran Commander Coleman Stryker with a Charger, Ironclad and a Lancer.  Mark used Earthquake and boosted Charger attacks each turn to continually knock down Jeremy's Bashers and take potshots at Durgen until Jeremy responded with some nasty charges from his Bashers.  Durgen popped his feat before the Basher's charged and took a shot at Stryker with his special attack Carpet Bomb, landing a hit and two 4" AOE's.  One Basher slammed the Lancer and pushed it back hitting Stryker and taking out its shield arm.  The other Basher failed a slam against the Charger.  Mark responded by using his Ironclad to slam the basher, who was in melee with the Charger, freeing it up to take 2 boosted shots at Durgen.  It dealt out final blow and Stryker won!

Great games guys!  The 2 noobs took the night and left Nathan and Jeremy in defeat.

As we don't have many Battle Box games in for Adrian and Mark, we will be staying at 11 point games for one more week.  We have also decided to NOT play using Tier or Contract bonuses in the League to alleviate any confusion.
